Sukta 5.54
तं नाकमर्यो अगृभीतशोचिषं रुशत्पिप्पलं मरुतो वि धूनुथ । समच्यन्त वृजनातित्विषन्त यत्स्वरन्ति घोषं विततमृतायवः ॥
táṁ nā́kam aryó agṛ́bhīta-śociṣaṁ ruśát-píppalaṁ maruto ví dhūnutha | sám acyanta vṛ́janā́ti-tviṣanta yát sváranti ghóṣaṁ ví-tatam ṛtā́yavaḥ ||
ที่สูงอันมุ่งสู่ฟากฟ้า—ซึ่งมีเปลวเพลิงอันมิอาจฉวยจับ และพุ่มใบอันส่องประกาย—โอ มารุตทั้งหลาย ท่านเขย่าให้หลุดและให้เคลื่อนไหว. เมื่อท่านลุกโพลงเกินประมาณ และเปล่งเสียงคำรามอันแผ่ไพศาล เหล่าพลังศัตรูก็ถูกสลัดตกและกระจัดกระจาย—ท่านคือผู้แสวงหาและผู้ขับเคลื่อนแห่งฤตะ (ṛta) ความจริงอันเป็นระเบียบจักรวาล.
