มีเพียงพระองค์ผู้เดียวที่ทรงปกครองทรัพย์และพลังอันเกื้อหนุนหมู่มนุษย์ (vasūni); พระอินทระ (Indra) คือเจ้าองค์เดียวแห่งที่พำนักทั้งห้า (pañca kṣitīnām)
