Transliteration
svagnáyo hí vā́ryaṃ devā́so dadhiré ca naḥ | svagnáyo manāmahe ||
Translation
เพราะแท้จริงเหล่าเทพได้วางทรัพย์อันพึงปรารถนาไว้ในเราแล้ว: คือการเป็นผู้แบกหามไฟอันดี (svagni). ฉะนั้นเราจึงยึดมั่นในความดำรินั้น—ใฝ่จะเป็น svagni มั่นคงในเปลวเพลิงอันชอบธรรม.
