Indra
अयं संक्षिप्तः सूक्तः यज्ञे विधिपूर्वकं समाह्वानरूपः—उत्तिष्ठ, पश्य, काले यज्ञे इन्द्राय यथोचितं भागं प्रकल्पय इति। अत्र हविषः शृतता/सज्जता विशेषेण मध्यन्दिनसवनस्य, प्रतिपाद्यते। इन्द्रं च आगन्तुं, सखिभिः सह निषीदितुं, दधि-सुतं हविः प्रीत्या पातुं निमन्त्रयति, तथा च कर्म ऋतेन (ऋतस्य मार्गेण) समन्वितम् इति निश्चिनोति।
