Sukta 2.24

Rishi: Gṛtsamada (traditionally for RV 2.24)
Devata: Brahmaṇaspati / Bṛhaspati (lord of the Word, breaker of obstructions, opener of hidden riches)
Chandas: Triṣṭubh (probable for RV 2.24; needs pada-count verification per śākhā recension)

यो नन्त्वान्यनमन्न्योजसोतादर्दर्मन्युना शम्बराणि वि । प्राच्यावयदच्युता ब्रह्मणस्पतिरा चाविशद्वसुमन्तं वि पर्वतम् ॥

yó nantvā́ny ánamann y ójasó tā́dardhar manyúnā śámbārāṇi ví | prá acyāvayat ácyutā bráhmaṇas pátir ā́ cā́viśad vásumantaṃ ví párvatam ||

ଯିଏ ନିଜ ବଳରେ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧ କରୁଥିବା ବାଧାମାନଙ୍କୁ ନମାଇଦେଲା, ଏବଂ ମନ୍ୟୁ (ଉତ୍କଟ ପ୍ରେରଣା)ର ଶକ୍ତିରେ ଶମ୍ବରର ଦୁର୍ଗମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଙ୍ଗ କଲା—ସେଇ ବ୍ରହ୍ମଣସ୍ପତି ଅଚଳକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଝୁକାଇ, ବସୁ-ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ପର୍ବତରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ତାହାକୁ ଫାଡ଼ି ଖୋଲିଦେଲା।
