The Greatness and Rite of the Sesame-Cow (Tiladhenu) Gift
सुवर्णरौप्यताम्राणि यागं कृत्वा द्विजातिषु ॥ दत्तानि तेन राज्ञा वै नान्नं दत्तं तथा जलम् ॥
suvarṇa-raupya-tāmṛāṇi yāgaṃ kṛtvā dvijātiṣu || dattāni tena rājñā vai nānnaṃ dattaṃ tathā jalam ||
ദ്വിജന്മാർക്കായി യാഗം നടത്തി ആ രാജാവ് സ്വർണം, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം എന്നിവ ദാനം ചെയ്തു; എന്നാൽ അന്നം നൽകിയില്ല, ജലവും അതുപോലെ നൽകിയില്ല.
