Varāha (default narrative instructor framework)
It preserves the technical term caturaṅga-bala and a mythic-geographic destination (Indrapura), illustrating how Purāṇas combine military vocabulary with cosmological settings.
Indrapura is named as Indra’s city (a celestial/purāṇic locale rather than a securely mappable terrestrial site in this context).
The verse is primarily narrative; ethical evaluation is not stated explicitly.
