കകുദ്മതിൽ നിന്നു കപിലൻ ഉദ്ഭവിക്കുന്നു; ആ ദേശം തന്നെയാണ് ‘സംഖ്യാത’ എന്ന നാമത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധം।
