Narrator (default frame: Varāha–Pṛthivī dialogue; speaker not explicit in this fragment)
It exemplifies a common Purāṇic narrative device: divine praise (stuti) by major deities and the broader pantheon, reflecting the intertextual blending of Śaiva and Śākta idioms within Purāṇic literature.
No geographic location is named in this verse; it is focused on a ritual-literary moment of praise and acclamation.
Rather than a direct moral injunction, the verse conveys a philosophical instruction about acknowledging excellence through communal praise and affirmation within the narrative’s cultural framework.
