महातपा उवाच । सर्वेषामेव तत्त्वानां यः परः पुरुषः स्मृतः । तस्मादव्यक्तमुत्पन्नं तत्त्वादि त्रिविधं तु तत् ॥ २५.२ ॥

mahātapā uvāca | sarveṣām eva tattvānāṃ yaḥ paraḥ puruṣaḥ smṛtaḥ | tasmād avyaktam utpannaṃ tattvādi trividhaṃ tu tat || 25.2 ||

മഹാതപാ പറഞ്ഞു—സകല തത്ത്വങ്ങളെയും അതീതനായ പരപുരുഷൻ സ്മൃതനാണ്; അവനിൽ നിന്നാണ് അവ്യക്തം ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചത്, തത്ത്വാദിയായ ആ മൂലവിഭാഗം ത്രിവിധമെന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധം.
