FAQs

The vimāna motif is a widely attested Purāṇic narrative device for depicting ascent and reward, offering insight into classical Indian cosmological imagination and literary symbolism.

Svarga (heaven) is a cosmological realm rather than a terrestrial geographic location; no earthly place-name is given.

Auspicious conduct is depicted as culminating in an elevated post-mortem journey, reinforcing the consequential relationship between action (karma) and outcome (phala).
