सालङ्कायनपुत्रत्वं योगमायामुपाश्रितः ॥ प्राप्तोऽपि तं न जानाति दक्षिणं पाश्वर्मास्थितः ॥
sālaṅkāyana-putratvaṃ yogamāyām upāśritaḥ || prāpto 'pi taṃ na jānāti dakṣiṇaṃ pāśvaram āsthitaḥ ||
യോഗമായയെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് അവൻ സാലങ്കായനന്റെ പുത്രത്വം പ്രാപിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും വലതുവശത്ത് നിന്നിരുന്ന അവനെ മുനി തിരിച്ചറിയാനായില്ല।
