एकाहारं ततः कृत्वा दिनानि दश सप्त च ॥ वायुभक्षस्त्रीण्यहानि दिनमेकं जलाशनः ॥
ekāhāraṃ tataḥ kṛtvā dināni daśa sapta ca || vāyubhakṣas trīṇy ahāni dinam ekaṃ jalāśanaḥ ||
