dve dve audumbarasya patre vedimadhye tu sthāpayet || kṣuraṃ caiva varārohe jalapūrṇaṃ ca bhājanam ||

Translation

വേദിയുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ഉദുംബരവൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെ രണ്ട് രണ്ട് ഇലകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം; കൂടാതെ ഹേ സുന്ദരീ! ക്ഷുരം (ഉസ്തര)യും ജലപൂർണ്ണമായ പാത്രവും (വെക്കണം).
