तद्विप्रासो विपन्यवो जागृवांसः समिन्धते । विष्णोर्यत्परमं पदम् । इत्येतन्निर्वाणानुशासनमिति वेदानुशासनमिति वेदानुशासनमित्युपनिषत् ॥१५॥

IAST Transliteration

tad viprāso vipanyavo jāgṛvāṃsaḥ samindhate | viṣṇor yat paramaṃ padam | ity etan nirvāṇānuśāsanam iti vedānuśāsanam iti vedānuśāsanam ity upaniṣat ||15||

Translation

ആ (പരമപദം) ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി വിപ്രർ—പ്രചോദിത കവികൾ, സ്തുത്യർ, ജാഗരൂകർ—അഗ്നിപോലെ ഉണരുന്നു; കാരണം അത് വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെ പരമപദമാണ്. ഇങ്ങനെ നിർവാണാനുശാസനം സമാപ്തം; ഇങ്ങനെ വേദാനുശാസനം സമാപ്തം; ഇങ്ങനെ വേദാനുശാസനം സമാപ്തം—എന്നു ഉപനിഷത്ത് പറയുന്നു.

Academic Translation

That (highest station)—the inspired poets, the praiseworthy, the wakeful—kindle (toward it): that which is Viṣṇu’s supreme station. Thus (ends) this instruction concerning nirvāṇa; thus (ends) the instruction of the Veda; thus (ends) the instruction of the Veda—(so says) the Upaniṣad.
