ब्रह्मणो हृदयस्थानं कण्ठे विष्णुः समाश्रितः । तालुमध्ये स्थितो रुद्रो ललाटस्थो महेश्वरः ॥४१॥

brahmaṇo hṛdayasthānaṃ kaṇṭhe viṣṇuḥ samāśritaḥ | tālumadhye sthito rudro lalāṭastho maheśvaraḥ ||41||

Translation

ബ്രഹ്മന്റെ ഹൃദയസ്ഥാനം ഹൃദയത്തിലാണ്. കണ്ഠത്തിൽ വിഷ്ണു പ്രതിഷ്ഠിതൻ; താലുവിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ രുദ്രൻ സ്ഥിതൻ; ലലാടത്തിൽ മഹേശ്വരൻ വസിക്കുന്നു.

Academic Translation

The seat of Brahman is in the heart. In the throat Viṣṇu is established; in the middle of the palate Rudra is situated; on the forehead is Maheśvara.
