त्वं न इन्द्रासां हस्ते शविष्ठ दावने । धानानां न सं गृभायास्मयुर्द्विः सं गृभायास्मयुः ॥
tváṃ na indrāsā́ṃ háste śaviṣṭha dā́vane | dhānā́nāṃ ná sáṃ gṛbhāyāsmayúr dvíḥ sáṃ gṛbhāyāsmayúḥ ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, ഹേ അതിശക്തനായവനേ, ദാനത്തിനായി ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഹിതത്തിൽ നീ കൈയിൽ ധരിക്ക. ധാന്യങ്ങൾ മുഷ്ടിയിൽ കൂട്ടിച്ചേരുന്നതുപോലെ ഞങ്ങളെ ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂട്ടുക—നിന്നെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരെ; വീണ്ടും ഞങ്ങളെ ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂട്ടുക—നിന്നെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരെ.
