su-sóme śaryaṇā́vaty ārjīké pastyā́vati | yayúr ní-cakrayā nárāḥ ||

സുശ്രുതമായി പിഴിഞ്ഞ സോമത്തിൽ, ശർയണാവതിയിൽ, വാസസമൃദ്ധമായ ആർജീകത്തിൽ—ചക്രം ഉറപ്പിച്ചു നരന്മാർ (വീരർ) പോയി; തങ്ങളുടെ പഥത്തിൽ അചഞ്ചലരായി.
