अच्छा हि त्वा सहसः सूनो अङ्गिरः स्रुचश्चरन्त्यध्वरे । ऊर्जो नपातं घृतकेशमीमहेऽग्निं यज्ञेषु पूर्व्यम् ॥
Transliteration
ácchā hí tvā sahasaḥ sū́no aṅgiraḥ srúcaś cáranty adhvaré | ū́rjo nápātaṃ ghṛtákeśam īmahe ’gníṃ yajñéṣu pū́rvyam ||
Translation
ഹേ സഹസിന്റെ സുനോ, ഹേ അങ്ഗിരസേ, അധ്വരത്തിൽ സ്രുചുകൾ സത്യമായും നിന്റെ ദിശയിലേക്കു സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു. യജ്ഞങ്ങളിൽ പുരാതനനായ അഗ്നിയെ—ഊർജ്ജയുടെ നപാതനെയും, ഘൃത-കേശനെയും—ഞങ്ങൾ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നു.
