उत त्वं मघवञ्छृणु यस्ते वष्टि ववक्षि तत् । यद्वीळयासि वीळु तत् ॥
Transliteration
utá tváṃ maghavan śṛṇu yás te váṣṭi vavákṣi tát | yád vīḷáyāsi vīḷú tát ||
Translation
ഹേ മഘവൻ (ഇന്ദ്രാ), നീയും കേൾക്കുക: ആരെങ്കിലും നിന്നിൽ നിന്ന് എന്ത് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നുവോ, അത് നീ നൽകാൻ കഴിയും; നീ തടഞ്ഞുവെക്കുന്നതും തടഞ്ഞതായിത്തന്നെ നിലനിൽക്കും—അതുകൊണ്ട് നിന്റെ ഇച്ഛ പൂർണ്ണമായി നമ്മുടെ സഫലതയിലേക്കു തിരിയട്ടെ.
