Sukta 8.3
तत्त्वा यामि सुवीर्यं तद्ब्रह्म पूर्वचित्तये । येना यतिभ्यो भृगवे धने हिते येन प्रस्कण्वमाविथ ॥
tát tvā yā́mi su-vī́ryaṃ tád bráhma pūrvá-cittaye | yéna yátibhyo bhṛ́gave dháne hité yéna práskaṇvam ā́vitha ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, നിന്റെ ആ സുവീര്യശക്തിയെ ഞാൻ തേടുന്നു; അതുതന്നെ ബ്രഹ്മവചനം—പുരാതന ചിത്തത്തിന്റെ ജാഗരണത്തിനായി. അതിനാൽ നീ പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്ന യതിമാരെയും ഭൃഗുവിനെയും, ധനം സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ, സഹായിച്ചു; അതിനാൽ തന്നേ നീ പ്രസ്കണ്വനെ സംരക്ഷിച്ചു.
