अनु पूर्वाण्योक्या साम्राज्यस्य सश्चिम । मित्रस्य व्रता वरुणस्य दीर्घश्रुत् ॥

Transliteration

ánu pū́rvāṇy okyā́ sām-rā́jyasya saścima | mitrásya vratā́ váruṇasya dīrghá-śrut ||

Translation

പുരാതന അടിത്തറകളെയും സത്യസാമ്രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വാസസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെയും അനുഗമിച്ച്, ഞങ്ങൾ മിത്രന്റെ വ്രതങ്ങളെ ദൃഢമായി പിടിച്ചുനിൽക്കുന്നു; വരുൺന്റെ ദീർഘശ്രുത്—ദൂരത്തോളം കേൾക്കപ്പെടുന്ന, ദീർഘകാലം നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന നിയമത്തെയും; അങ്ങനെ സത്യത്തിന്റെ രാജ്യം ഞങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്ക് സ്ഥാപിതമാകട്ടെ.
