Transliteration

yásyānū́nā gabhīrā́ madā́ urávas tárutrāḥ | harṣúmantaḥ śū́ra-sātau ||

Translation

ആരുടെയോ മദങ്ങൾ (ആനന്ദ-രസം) ക്ഷയമില്ലാത്തതും ഗഹനവുമാണ്—വിശാലവും അപ്രതിരോധ്യമായി ജയിക്കുന്നതും; ശൂരസാതി (വീര-പുരസ്കാരജയം)യിൽ ഹർഷം നിറഞ്ഞത്—അങ്ങനെയാണ് ഇന്ദ്രന്റെ പ്രബലം, അത് നമ്മിൽ ഉയരുമ്പോൾ.
