अभि वह्नय ऊतयेऽनूषत प्रशस्तये । न देव विव्रता हरी ऋतस्य यत् ॥
Transliteration
abhí váhnaya ūtáye’nūṣata práśastaye | ná deva vívratā hárī ṛtásya yát ||
Translation
വഹ്നയഃ (അഗ്നി-വാഹകർ) സഹായത്തേക്കും പ്രശംസയിലേക്കും വിളിച്ചുയർന്നു. ഹേ ദേവാ, നിന്റെ രണ്ടു ഹരി (താമ്രവർണ്ണ) അശ്വങ്ങൾ വ്രതത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വഴുതുന്നില്ല—ഋതത്തിന്റെ യത്-ൽ (ചലിക്കുന്നു).
