स वेद देव आनमं देवाँ ऋतायते दमे । दाति प्रियाणि चिद्वसु ॥
Transliteration
sá véda devá ā́-namaṃ devā́n ṛtāyaté damé | dā́ti priyā́ṇi cíd vásu ||
Translation
ആ ദേവൻ നമസ്കാരത്തിന്റെ ക്രമം അറിയുന്നു—ഋതം അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവിക്കുന്നവന്റെ ഗൃഹത്തിലേക്ക് ദേവന്മാരെ ആനയിക്കുന്നതു; അവൻ പ്രിയ വസുക്കളെ—പ്രിയ സമൃദ്ധികളെയും—കൂടി നൽകുന്നു.
