Sukta 10.61
अधा गाव उपमातिं कनाया अनु श्वान्तस्य कस्य चित्परेयुः । श्रुधि त्वं सुद्रविणो नस्त्वं याळाश्वघ्नस्य वावृधे सूनृताभिः ॥
adhā gāva upamātiṃ kanāyā́ anu śvā́ntasya kásya cit páreyuḥ | śrudhí tvaṃ sudraviṇo nas tvaṃ yā́ḷāśvagh́nasyā vāvṛdhe sūnṛ́tābhiḥ ||
അപ്പോൾ ദീപ്തമായ കിരണങ്ങൾ (ഗാവഃ) കന്യാശക്തിയുടെ മാർഗ്ഗദർശകമായ അളവിനെ അനുഗമിച്ച്, ഏതു അന്വേഷകനുടെയും ഹാംഫിക്കുന്ന നായയെ മറികടന്ന് മുന്നേറി. ഹേ സുദ്രവിണ, ഞങ്ങളെ ശ്രവിക്ക; സത്യവും ഋതവും നിറഞ്ഞ വചനങ്ങളാൽ ഉള്ളിലെ ശത്രു-അശ്വബലത്തെ സംഹരിക്കുന്നവനെ നീ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
