स॒मा॒नो मन्त्रः॒ समि॑तिः समा॒नी स॑मा॒नं व्र॒तं स॒ह चि॒त्तमे॑षाम्। स॒मा॒नेन॑ वो ह॒विषा॑ जुहोमि समा॒नं चेतो॑ अभि॒संवि॑शध्वम्

samānáḥ mántraḥ samítiḥ samānī́ samānáṃ vratáṃ sahá cittám eṣām | samānéna vo havíṣā juhomi samānáṃ céto abhí-saṃ-viśadhvam ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Common be the spell, and common the assembly; common the observance, and together their purpose. With a common oblation do I make offering for you: into one and the same mind do ye enter, united.

Translation

മന്ത്രം ഒരേതായിരിക്കട്ടെ, സമിതി (സഭ) ഒരേതായിരിക്കട്ടെ; വ്രതം ഒരേതായിരിക്കട്ടെ, അവരുടെ ചിത്തവും കൂടെ ഒരേതാകട്ടെ. ഒരേ ഹവിഷാ കൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങള്ക്കായി ആഹുതി അർപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ഒരേ ചേതനയിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുവിൻ—ഏകതയിൽ ഒന്നാകുവിൻ.
