Sukta 33
प्र यद् भन्दि॑ष्ठ एषां॒ प्रास्माका॑सश्च सू॒रयः॑ । अप॑ नः॒ शोशु॑चद॒घम्
prá yád bhandíṣṭha eṣā́m prāsmākā́saś ca sūŕayaḥ | ápá naḥ śóśucat ághám ||
When their most bounteous (power) goes forth, and our own patrons too go forth—away from us let the evil be burnt away.
അവരുടെ ഏറ്റവും ദാനശീലമായ ശക്തി മുന്നോട്ട് പുറപ്പെടുമ്പോഴും, നമ്മുടെ സ്വന്തം സൂരയഃ (പോഷകർ/ദാതാക്കൾ) കൂടി മുന്നോട്ട് പുറപ്പെടുമ്പോഴും—ഞങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് അഘം (പാപം/അപശകുനം) ദഹിച്ച് അകന്നുപോകട്ടെ.
