Sukta 16
तस्य॒ व्रात्य॑स्य । योऽस्य पञ्च॒मोऽपा॒नः सा दी॒क्षा
tásya vrā́tyasya | yó ’sya pañcamó ’pānáḥ sā́ dīkṣā́
Of that Vratya: the fifth of his Apāna-breaths—this is Consecration.
ആ വ്രാത്യന്റേത്—അവന്റെ അപാന-പ്രാണങ്ങളിൽ അഞ്ചാമത്തേതു; അതുതന്നെ ദീക്ഷ (അഭിഷേക-സംസ്കാരം) ആകുന്നു.
