ग्रैष्मौ॒ मासौ॑ गो॒प्तारा॒वकु॑र्वन् यज्ञाय॒ज्ञियं॑ च वामदेव्यं चा॑नुष्ठा॒तारौ॑

graiṣmáu mā́sau goptā́rāv ákurvan yajñāyajñíyaṃ ca vāmadevyàṃ cānuṣṭhātā́rau

The two summer months they made guardians—Yajñāyajñiya and Vāmadevya, the two that carry the rite through.

ഗ്രീഷ്മത്തിലെ രണ്ടു മാസങ്ങളെ അവർ കാവൽക്കാരാക്കി; യജ്ഞായജ്ഞിയവും വാമദേവ്യവും—കർമ്മം പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു (സ്തോത്രങ്ങൾ).
