आ॒दि॒त्येभ्यो॒ अङ्गि॑रोभ्यो॒ मध्वि॒दं घृ॒तेन॑ मि॒श्रं प्रति॑ वेदयामि । शु॒द्धह॑स्तौ ब्राह्म॒णस्यानि॑हत्यै॒तं स्व॒र्गं सु॑कृता॒वपी॑तम्

ādityébhyo áṅgirobhyo mádhu idáṁ ghṛténa miśráṁ práti vedayāmi | śuddhá-hastau brāhmaṇásyā́nihatyai etáṁ svargáṁ sukṛtā́v ápītam

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Unto the Ādityas, unto the Aṅgirases, this honey, mingled with ghee, I duly present. With hands made pure—unto the Brāhmaṇa’s unassailability—this heaven is entered by him through well-doing.

Translation

ആദിത്യന്മാർക്കും അങ്കിരസന്മാർക്കും—ഘൃതവുമായി കലർന്ന ഈ മധു ഞാൻ വിധിപൂർവ്വം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ച കൈകളോടെ—ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ അഹിംസ്യത/അജേയത്വത്തിനായി—സുകൃതം (സത്കർമ്മം) കൊണ്ടു ലഭിച്ച ഈ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ അവൻ പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നു.
