pratiṣiddhānāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasa-daṇḍaḥ.
Translation
നിഷിദ്ധ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ ‘ആദ്യ’ സാഹസദണ്ഡം ബാധകം.
