पवस्व सोम देववीतये वृषेन्द्रस्य हार्दि सोमधानमा विश । पुरा नो बाधाद्दुरिताति पारय क्षेत्रविद्धि दिश आहा विपृच्छते ॥

páv asva soma devá-vītaye vṛ́ṣéndrasya hā́rdi soma-dhā́nam ā́ víśa | purā́ no bādhā́d duritā́ti pāraya kṣetra-víd dhi díśa ā́hā vi-pṛcchate ||

ಪವಸ್ವ, ಸೋಮ, ದೇವವೀತಯೆ—ದೇವರ ಆಸ್ವಾದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ—ಹರಿಯು; ವೃಷೇಂದ್ರ ಇಂದ್ರನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೋಮಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸು. ಆಘಾತವಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದುಃಖ ಮತ್ತು ದುರಿತದಿಂದ ಪಾರುಮಾಡು; ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವಿದನಾಗಿ, ಕೇಳುವವನಿಗೆ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸು.
