यं सीमकृण्वन्तमसे विपृचे ध्रुवक्षेमा अनवस्यन्तो अर्थम् । तं सूर्यं हरितः सप्त यह्वीः स्पशं विश्वस्य जगतो वहन्ति ॥

yáṃ sīm ákṛṇvan támase vipṛ́ce dhruvá-kṣemā anava-syánto ártham | táṃ sū́ryaṃ harítaḥ saptá yahvī́ḥ spáśaṃ víśvasya jágato vahanti ||

যাঁকে তাঁরা অন্ধকারের বিরুদ্ধে বিবেচক করেছেন—ধ্রুব-ক্ষেম (অটল নিরাপত্তা) সহ লক্ষ্য অন্বেষণ করতে করতে—সেই সূর্যকে সাত বেগবতী হরিত বহন করে; তিনি সমগ্র জগতের ‘স্পশ’ (গুপ্ত পর্যবেক্ষক) ও সাক্ষী।
