Varāha
It reflects Purāṇic integration of lunar calendrics (tithi, pakṣa, māsa) with regulated devotional-ritual practices (vrata), illustrating how textual traditions standardized time-based observances in early medieval South Asia.
No specific geographic site is named in this verse; the focus is temporal (month, fortnight, and lunar day) rather than spatial.
The verse prescribes disciplined conduct through a time-bound observance (nakta) and respectful ritual attention (proper worship) directed toward Viṣṇu and Agni.
