स्वस्थो भव महाभाग मा स्म शोके मनः कृथाः ॥ इत्युक्तः स तु गोकर्णस्तदा तेन शुकेन च ॥

«كن مطمئنًّا أيها السعيد الحظ، ولا تجعل قلبك في الحزن.» هكذا خوطب غوكَرْنا في ذلك الحين على لسان ذلك الشُّكا.
