नेमिं नमन्ति चक्षसा मेषं विप्रा अभिस्वरा । सुदीतयो वो अद्रुहोऽपि कर्णे तरस्विनः समृक्वभिः ॥

némim namanti cákṣasā meṣáṃ víprā abhí-svarā | su-dītáyo vo adrúho ’pí kárṇe tarásvinaḥ sám ṛkvá-bhiḥ ||

إنّ الحكماء ذوي البصيرة يُميلون الحافّة (الحدَّ الدائر) نحو الكبش، مُجلجلين بترتيلهم؛ يا ذوي اللَّهب المضيء، يا من لا عداوة فيكم، فلتدخل غالِبوكم السِّراع، مع أناشيدهم، حتى إلى الأذن ذاتها—ليغدو السمعُ بوّابةً للقوّة.
