यं जनासो हविष्मन्तो मित्रं न सर्पिरासुतिम् । प्रशंसन्ति प्रशस्तिभिः ॥
Transliteration
yáṃ jánāso havíṣmanto mitráṃ na sarpírāsutim | praśáṃsanti práśastibhiḥ ||
Translation
هو الذي يُثني عليه المُقرِّبون من بين الناس بتوكيداتهم—كالصديق—هو الذي سَكْبُه غِنىً مُصفّى: أغني يُمدَح بالمدائح.
