वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा स्मद्रातिषाचो अग्नयः । पत्नीवन्तो वषट्कृताः ॥
Transliteration
váruṇo mitró aryámā smádrātiṣāco agnáyaḥ | patnī́vanto váṣaṭkṛtāḥ ||
Translation
فارونا وميترا وأريامان—الذين يسيرون مع قرباننا المُعطي للـṛta—ومعهم النيران (أغني). مقترنين بشاكتياتهم (قريناتِهم)، يصيرون قوىً تحمل نداء إرادتنا، «فَشَت» (vaṣaṭ)، إلى التحقّق.
