वयमु त्वा तदिदर्था इन्द्र त्वायन्तः सखायः । कण्वा उक्थेभिर्जरन्ते ॥
Transliteration
vayám u tvā́ tád id arthā́ índra tvāyántaḥ sakhā́yaḥ | kaṇvā́ ukthébhiḥ jarante ||
Translation
إنّا نأتيكَ حقًّا لِتلكَ الغايةِ عينِها، يا إندرا؛ نلتمسُكَ رفيقًا وصديقًا، وآلُ كَنْڤا يَنمونَ فيكَ بأقوالِهم المهيبةِ من الأُكثا (uktha).
