údu tiṣṭha savitaḥ śrudhy asyá hiraṇya-pāṇe prá-bhṛtāv ṛtásya | vy ùrvī́ṃ pṛthvī́m amátiṃ sṛjān á ā́ nṛ́bhyo marta-bhójanam suvān áḥ ||

Translation

انهض، يا سافيتار؛ واصغِ إلى هذا—يا ذا اليدين الذهبيتين—عند تقدُّم الحقّ الكوني (ṛta). أنت تُطلق اتّساع الأرض العظيمة والفكر غير المحدود؛ واهبًا للناس غذاءً يعضد المسير الفاني.
