स्पार्हा यस्य श्रियो दृशे रयिर्वीरवतो यथा । अग्रे यज्ञस्य शोचतः ॥

spārhā́ yásya śríyo dṛśé rayír vīrá-vato yáthā | ágre yajñásya śócataḥ ||

مشتهىً منظرُ بهائه—رَيِيُّه كأنه لِمَن غَزُرَتْ فيه قوةُ البطولة—حين يشتعلُ في المقدّمة، على رأسِ اليَجْنَة (yajña).
