Transliteration
yác cíd dhí satya somapā anāśastā́ iva smási | ā́ tú na indra śaṃsaya góṣv áśveṣu śubhríṣu sahásreṣu tuvīmagha ||
Translation
يا شاربَ السُّوما الصادق، وإن كنّا كأنّنا غيرَ مُشادٍ بنا ولا كافين؛ فهَلُمَّ، يا إندرا، واجعلْنا أهلًا للثناء الحقّ: في الأبقارِ والخيلِ اللامعة، في الألوفِ المتلألئة من الفيوض، يا واسعَ العطاء.
