दृळ्हा चिदस्मा अनु दुर्यथा विदे तेजिष्ठाभिररणिभिर्दाष्ट्यवसेऽग्नये दाष्ट्यवसे । प्र यः पुरूणि गाहते तक्षद्वनेव शोचिषा । स्थिरा चिदन्ना नि रिणात्योजसा नि स्थिराणि चिदोजसा ॥

Transliteration

dṛḷhā cid asmai ánu duryáthā vide téjiṣṭhābhir araṇíbhir dā́ṣṭy ávase ’gnáye dā́ṣṭy ávase | prá yáḥ purū́ṇi gā́hate tákṣad vánā iva śóciṣā | sthirā́ cid ánnā ní riṇāty ójasā ní sthirā́ṇi cid ójasā ||

Translation

حتى العوائق الراسخة تخضع له، وتغدو السُّبُل العسيرة معروفة: وبأشدِّ عِيدان الإشعال (أَرَني araṇi) توهّجًا يُوقد أَغني (Agni) لعوننا، يُوقد أَغني لعوننا. هو الذي يقتحم أغطيةً كثيرة، ينحت بلهيبه كمن يقطع الخشب. وبقوته يحطّم حتى ما كان ثابتًا؛ وبقوته يحطّم حتى ما كان راسخًا.
