rājyaṃ gatajanaṃ sādho pītamaṇḍāṃ surām iva | nirāsvādyatamaṃ śūnyaṃ bharato nābhipatsyate || 2.36.12 ||

Translation

يا أيها الملك الصالح، لن يقبل بهاراتا مُلكًا هجره الناس، خاليًا لا لذّة فيه؛ كخمرٍ استُنزفت عصارتها حتى ذهب طعمها.
