सीताया वनगमननिश्चयः
Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest
एवमुक्ता तु वैदेही प्रियार्हा प्रियवादिनी।प्रणयादेव संक्रुद्धा भर्तारमिदमब्रवीत्।।2.27.1।।
evam uktā tu vaidehī priyārhā priyavādinī |
praṇayād eva saṅkruddhā bhartāram idam abravīt ||
فلما خوطبت فَيدِهي سيتا بهذا—وهي جديرة بالمحبة عذبةُ القول—غضبت إنما بدافع المحبة، ثم قالت لزوجها هذه الكلمات.
When the sweettongued daughter of Videha (Sita) who deserved affection, heard this she was very angry out of her love (for Rama). She said these wordsto her husband (in reply):
