تُوقِفُ هذه الترتيلةُ العلاجيةُ الوجيزةُ المرضَ بتثبيته في موضعه بصيغةٍ من ثبات النظام الكوني: فكما تثبت السماءُ والأرضُ والعالَمُ المتحرّكُ والأشجارُ القائمةُ راسخةً، كذلك يُؤمَرُ الروغا أن يقف ساكنًا وأن يكفّ عن التجوال. ثم تجمع قوةَ العلاجات التي لا تُحصى في بهيشاجا واحدٍ أسمى. وأخيرًا تُقدِّس دواءً بعينه (فيصاناكا) بربطه برودرا وبالأمرتة، ولا سيّما لاضطراباتٍ منشؤها الفاتا.

रोगनाशनम्। अस्था॒द् द्यौरस्था॑त् पृथि॒व्यस्था॒द् विश्व॑मि॒दं जग॑त्। अस्थु॑र्वृ॒क्षा ऊ॒र्ध्वस्व॑प्ना॒स्तिष्ठा॒द् रोगो॑ अ॒यं तव॑
مُبيدُ المرض. ثبتت السماء، وثبتت الأرض، وثبت هذا العالم كلّه المتحرّك؛ وثبتت الأشجار، والنائمون قممُهم إلى العلوّ: فليثبتْ هذا المرضُ الذي بك (وليكفّ عن التجوال).

श॒तं या भे॑ष॒जानि॑ ते स॒हस्रं॒ संग॑तानि च । श्रेष्ठ॑मास्रावभेष॒जं वसि॑ष्ठं रोग॒नाश॑नम्
لك مئةُ دواء، وألفٌ أيضًا قد جُمِعت في واحد. هو الأفضل: دواءٌ لِـ«آسرافا» (السَّيَلان/الزُّحار)، الأسمى، مُهلكُ المرض.

रु॒द्रस्य॒ मूत्र॑मस्य॒मृत॑स्य॒ नाभिः॑ । वि॒षा॒ण॒का नाम॒ वा अ॑सि पितॄ॒णां मूला॒दुत्थि॑ता वातीकृत॒नाश॑नी
أنتَ بولُ رودرا، وسُرّةُ الأَمْرِتَا (الخلود). «فيشانَكا» حقًّا اسمُك—منبثقةٌ من جذرِ الآباءِ (Pitṛ)—مُبيدةُ العِللِ التي يُحدِثُها فاتا (الريح).
