Sukta 31
अ॒ग्निरि॑व मन्यो त्विषि॒तः स॑हस्व सेना॒नीर्नः॑ सहुरे हू॒त ए॑धि । ह॒त्वाय॒ शत्रू॒न् वि भ॑जस्व॒ वेद॒ ओजो॒ मिमा॑नो॒ वि मृधो॑ नुदस्व
agnír iva manyo tviṣitáḥ sahasva senānī́r naḥ sahure hū́ta edhi | hatvā́ya śátrūn ví bhajasva véda ójo mimānáḥ ví mṛ́dho nudasva
Like Agni, O Manyu, aflame, be strong: as our commander, invoked, wax thou for conquest. For slaying the foes, divide them asunder—thou knowest—meting out might; drive off the hostile press.
كأغني (Agni)، يا مَنيُو (Manyu)، متّقدًا، كن قويًّا؛ كقائدِ جيشنا، المدعوّ، ازددْ نماءً للغلبة. لقتل الأعداء فرِّقهم شذرَ مذر—أنت تعلم—مُقَدِّرًا القوّة؛ وادفعْ ضغطَ العداوة.
