Sukta 9.96
यथापवथा मनवे वयोधा अमित्रहा वरिवोविद्धविष्मान् । एवा पवस्व द्रविणं दधान इन्द्रे सं तिष्ठ जनयायुधानि ॥
yáthā apávathāḥ mánave vayó-dhā amitra-hā́ varivo-víd dhavíṣmān | evā́ pavasva dráviṇaṃ dádhāna índre sáṃ tiṣṭha janáyāyudhāni ||
جس طرح تو نے منو کے لیے خود کو پاک کیا، فراوانیوں کو عطا کیا، دشمنوں کو ہلاک کیا، وسیل گاہ کو جانا، نذروں میں دولت مند - اسی طرح اب بھی خود کو پاک کر، خزانہ تھامے ہوئے۔ اندر میں جمع ہو کر ہتھیاروں کو جنم دے: علم کی فتح کے لیے موثر طاقتیں۔
