Sukta 1.55
स इन्महानि समिथानि मज्मना कृणोति युध्म ओजसा जनेभ्यः । अधा चन श्रद्दधति त्विषीमत इन्द्राय वज्रं निघनिघ्नते वधम् ॥
sa ín mahā́ni samithā́ni majmánā kṛṇóti yudhmá ójasā jánebhyaḥ | ádhā caná śrád dadhati tviṣī́mate índrāya vájraṃ ni-gháni-ghnate vadhám ||
وہ اپنی پوری طاقت سے عظیم جنگیں انجام دیتا ہے، جنگجو، لوگوں کے لیے قوت سے۔ پھر وہ روشن والے پر ایمان لاتے ہیں؛ اندر کے لیے وہ بجلی گھڑتے ہیں، بار بار مار کر، رکاوٹ کے خلاف مارنے والی قوت بناتے ہیں۔
